It is a tough time. We don’t need a national newscaster to tell us that. Everyone with a job needs to be glad they have it. The rest is all about optimism. As long as we keep spending smarter and have hope things will get better. I’m not going to keep my money under a mattress because this is America. It is a place based off consumerism. The difference now is the importance of finding a great deal. I will go to great lengths to save some cash. The cool part about it is saving is not very hard when online shopping.

I’m still enjoying my outdoor hobbies this summer. Slow economy or not I bought a new Eureka tent and have escaped the day’s news a few times out in nature. Nature doesn’t care about the economy. Its indifferent. Things are simpler in a camping tent. I find it very therapeutic to sleep under the stars in a Eureka tent over the past couple of years.
